Staying at Hyatt House in Shibuya was an absolute delight, providing us with both comfort and convenience during our trip. The well-equipped kitchenette and laundry facilities truly set this hotel apart, making it easy to travel with our infant while ensuring that we had everything we needed at our fingertips. The spacious room, which included a cozy sofa and quality amenities, felt like a home away from home. the location was exceptional-just a short stroll to Shibuya Crossing and surrounded by a vibrant array of shops and eateries. The friendly staff were also a highlight, offering invaluable assistance with restaurant reservations and airport transfers, ensuring that our experience was seamless from start to finish.
